Summary: We had a very smooth check-in. The receptionist was completely efficient and explained everything clearly. The room was cold, but due to centralised control it was not easy to change the temperature. However, when we informed the front desk that we were cold they brought a heater. Although not completely comfortable, I was satisfied with the hotel's action as it solved the issue for us. Breakfast was excellent with a very good variety.
